Jan Neva | Dmitry Sokolenko

► Jan Neva (born 1974) is a painter whose symbolist works exude strength and skill. He received his training as an artist in both Finland and Russia. The art of Dmitry Sokolenko (born 1977) is full of crystallisations of signs. Neva and Sokolenko became friends in St Petersburg and have held several joint exhibitions. The book presents in parallel the works of these two artists which appear externally to be quite conflicting.
