► Maa is a roleplaying game that leads the player into the world of the art of the American Matthew Day Jackson. The game takes place thousands of years from now in a post-apocalyptic world that has been destroyed by humankind. What happens when scouts emerge from their underground shelters to check whether the world still has room for people? The roleplaying game has been created with Matthew Day Jackson by the English art critic Tom Morton and the Finnish game designer Juhana Pettersson. The game suits both experienced playersand beginners.

The game box contains the manuscript (96 p.) and instruction book (112 p.) for the roleplaying game, along with 62 playing cards, seven character cards, an essay printed on a poster, and a map, plus two spherical dice designed and manufactured by the artist.

A limited, numbered edition of 200 games signed by the artist is on sale in the Serlachius Museums’ online shop – kauppa.serlachius.fi
