► These photographs by Aino Huhtaniemi depict Finnish schools from Utsjoki in the north to Turku in the southwest of Finland. She concentrates on spaces, details and human traces left in the environment. The images are lyrical and occasionally humorous. Although no people can be seen, the spaces tell about their users, both past and present.
