► This book presents delicious pairings of good food and fine art by presenting a selection of paintings from the Serlachius Museums’ collections alongside dishes and recipes inspired by specific artists. Henry Tikkanen, the acclaimed head chef of the Gösta Restaurant at the Serlachius Museums, invited nine other top Finnish chefs to join him in being inspired by art. Each chef reveals fresh culinary perspectives on art by creating a dish based on a specific painting. The exquisite photographs of the dishes were taken by Juha-Pekka Laakio.
