Pauliina Turakka Purhonen

► Pauliina Turakka Purhonen (born 1971) is known for her work in portraiture and soft embroidered textile sculptures. Her works can also be related to religious imagery, in many cases images from a medieval church familiar to her from her childhood. Her works share a certain realism and outspokenness. The book was published in collaboration with the Amos Anderson Art Museum.
